Brancho Breakfast Burger

Brancho Breakfast Burger on a plate

 Ingredients:

  • 1.5lb ground beef (4 patties)
  • Brancho Rub
  • Spellbound Rub
  • Bacon 8 slices - 2 per burger
  • 4 eggs - 1 per burger
  • Hashbrowns - You can do homemade or just the bag hashbrowns from the grocery store
  • Burger buns

Method:

You will need to manage your time wisely because you will be cooking the burger, egg, bacon, and hashbrowns all at the same time if you want everything to be hot.

  1. Start your hashbrowns (they likely will take the most time) I like to hit my hashbrowns with our Sweet-Lic Rub or Signature Rub - But not necessary.
  2. Bacon lightly seasoned with Spellbound rub - cook these how you want
  3. Make your patties seasoned with Brancho Rub
  4. Cook your patties to your liking
  5. Cook your egg how you like - We prefer "over easy" so the yolk can break over the burger, but it is really up to you.
  6. Once all is cooked and ready add everything to your Bun and whatever condiments you like. Enjoy
