We offer three levels of service in addition to our pickup option:
Option 1 — Drop-Off & Setup (flat delivery charge based on miles from our shop. Typical range is $50-$80): Our team delivers your order, sets up the buffet, and makes sure everything is ready before we leave.
Option 2 — Onsite Service (20% gratuity): Available for events of 75+ guests. A team of 2–3 stays on site for up to 3 hours, covering setup, meal service, and cleanup. Meats arrive pre-sliced and are set out at buffet time, and we keep the buffet stocked and fresh throughout your event so you can focus on your guests.
Option 3 — Onsite Service + Carving Station (30% gratuity): Available for events of 75+ guests. Everything in Option 2, plus a team of 3–4 that carves brisket and chicken to order as guests come through the line — every plate served hot and fresh, straight off the knife. This is the full Lane's hospitality experience, and our most popular choice for weddings and corporate events.
Need us longer? Additional hours are available for Options 2 and 3 — pricing depends on the number of staff working your event, so just ask when you book

Is there a delivery charge?
Yes, we do charge to deliver. It all depends on where we are delivering to:
- Within 10 miles of Bethlehem Ga = $50
- 11+ Miles = $75
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We request 2 weeks for all catering requests. If you have an emergency need - just reach out and we will see what we can do!
Do you offer Gluten-Free options?
At the time we do not offer purely Gluten Free options. Reach out and give us a call to see what we might have available.
