Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add your bowtie pasta, cook to your desire tenderness. Drain and add to skillet.
Chicken
In a large skillet, bring to medium-high heat, add butter and Chicken that has been seasoned with Lane’s blackening seasoning. When the crust has formed flip and let the crust form on the other side. One turn should do it.
Assemble
As the chicken finishes, you can add your onions and bell peppers and cook until your desired tenderness. At this point, you can put every on in the pool. Stir gently so that you don’t break the pasta. Once the pasta has had the chance to get some of that blackening good, remove from heat, and garnish. We suggest bacon pieces, cherry tomato halves, and parmesan cheese.
Enjoy
Watch for smiles and requests for seconds. You won’t have leftovers, promise!
Bring a Pot to boil add a teaspoon of salt, once boiling add bowtie pasta, cook till al dente, remove and strain.
Over medium heat add 1 tablespoon butter, 1 tsp Lane's Garlic² seasoning, diced onions, and diced bell peppers to a skillet cook until slightly softened. You still want a slight crunch.
Prep Chicken - Trim chicken to keep an even thickness.
Season all sides of Chicken with Lane's Blackening Rub
Over medium heat preferably in a cast-iron skillet add 1 tablespoon butter and 1tsp Lane's Garlic² Seasoning. Once butter is melted and hot add chicken - the goal is to only flip the chicken one time. You want the Seasoning to develop a crust. Cook chicken until internal temp of 165.
In a large skillet add 1 - 2 tablespoon of butter with 1tsp Lane's Garlic² Seasoning, and the cooked bowtie pasta. Stir till butter is mixed together with the pasta. You can add as little or as much butter and Garlic² as you like.
Add Chicken, Onion, Bacon, and Bell Peppers to the pasta and stir - heat for 2 minutes.
Optional toppings/ingredients: Parmesan, parsley, and cherry tomatoes sliced in half (add as much or as little as you would like)
