Pasta
Bring a large pot of water to a boil, add your bowtie pasta, cook to your desire tenderness. Drain and add to skillet.
Chicken
In a large skillet, bring to medium-high heat, add butter and Chicken that has been seasoned with Lane’s blackening seasoning. When the crust has formed flip and let the crust form on the other side. One turn should do it.
Assemble
As the chicken finishes, you can add your onions and bell peppers and cook until your desired tenderness. At this point, you can put every on in the pool. Stir gently so that you don’t break the pasta. Once the pasta has had the chance to get some of that blackening good, remove from heat, and garnish. We suggest bacon pieces, cherry tomato halves, and parmesan cheese.
Enjoy
Watch for smiles and requests for seconds. You won’t have leftovers, promise!

Sara was right! It takes lots of equipment to make this recipe. This kitchen may never be cleaned up. But wow, it’s so worth it. I had never heard of Lanes. Found it at Ace Hardware. Thanks for the recipe.

Just made this, great recipe. Though, it is a little dry once mixed all together. I added a little bit of olive oil to the noodles, and it was perfect.

It was delicious…especially with extra bacon!…BUT it took 3 skillets, a stockpot and over 2-1/2 hours to prepare….another 45 minutes to clean up. Definitely not a weeknight meal.
