Chili Lime Wings with White Sauce and Cilantro
- Squeeze half a lime over wings and season with Chili Lime seasoning and place on the smoker/grill at 325 until internal temp 175. Then turn up the temperature to 400 for 20 minutes to crisp the wings, or you can deep fry them for a special super crispy and smoky wing.
- Let wings rest in a large bowl for 10 minutes.
- In the bowl with the wings - Add 1/4 cup Sorta White sauce, 1 - 2 tablespoons Chili Lime Rub, 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro, handful of sliced jalapenos, juice from half a lime, and 1/2 cup crumble cheese (Cotija or queso fresco) fully mix.
Lemon Pepper Wet - "Atlanta's Favorite Wing"
- Coat wings in the Sweet Lemon Pepper and smoke, grill, or fry to your preferred doneness.
- Toss in a generous amount of One Legged Chicken sauce.
- Sprinkle more Lemon Pepper Seasoning on top and serve with creamy Bleu Cheese dressing.
Award Winning Combo Sauce Wings
- Coat wings with a healthy dose of Spellbound or Spellbound Hot rub, and smoke at 325 degrees F until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees.
- Toss wings in a 50/50 mix of Kinda Sweet and Sorta White sauces.
- Put wings back on a hot grill or flat top griddle to caramelize the sauce and crisp up the wings.
- Serve with your favorite ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Nashville Hot Honey Wings
- Coat wings in our new Nashville Hot Seasoning and 1-2 tsp of baking powder(this will help achieve a super crispy skin), and smoke or grill at 325 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour, or until wing reach 185 degrees internal temp.
- While wings are cooking, heat up 1/2 cup of honey in a microwave or in a small pot on your grill or stove top. Add in 1 Tbls unsalted butter, 1 Tbls of light brown sugar, and 1-2 Tbls of the Nashville Hot Seasoning.
- When wings are done, toss in your honey mixture while wings are still hot, then serve.
Ancho Honey BBQ Wings
- Season wings in our SPG (base layer) and then Ancho Expresso Rub. grill or smoke wings at 275-300 degrees until internal temp reaches 195-200 degrees.
- After you pull the wings from the grill or smoker, while they are hot drizzle honey and fresh lime juice over top of the wings.
- Rest for about 5 minutes and enjoy.
