During the cooking process, they are topped with any additional mixture every 30 minutes. Once cooked, the salmon bites are garnished with sesame seeds or green onions for an added burst of flavor. These Sweet Salmon Bites are smoky, sticky, and downright irresistible. Cubed salmon gets tossed in a mouthwatering mix of our Pow Pow marinade, honey, brown sugar, and a kick of QβNami Rub, then slow-cooked to tender, caramelized perfection. Whether you're grilling or smoking, these little bites are packed with flavor and make the perfect appetizer, snack, or main dish with a twist. Itβs like candy... but for salmon lovers.

2 Salmon Fillets

Sesame Seeds - Optional

Green Onions - Optional
Directions
Remove the salmon skin and cube into 1 inch cubes
In a bowl mix Β½ cup of Pow Pow Marinade, ΒΌ cup brown sugar, ΒΌ cup Honey and 1 tablespoon Q-Nami Rub. Pour ΒΎ of the mixture in a zip lock bag with the salmon cubes. Save ΒΌ of the mixture to brush on later.
Place in refrigerator and marinate for 1 - 2 hours.
Set your smoker/grill/oven to 275 degrees
Place your Marinated Salmon cubes on a wire rack and Season tops with our Q-Nami Rub.
If using oven place wire rack over a baking sheet.Cook indirect for 1 Β½ hours total cook time. Every 30 minutes add a drizzle of leftover mixture over the top of each bite.
Remove and rest - Optional - Top with Sesame seeds, green onion, or an extra drizzle of honey. enjoy
