Prep
Preheat smoker/grill at 375.
Smoke/Grill/Bake 2 Chicken Breast(internal temp to 165) Seasoned with Cubano Rub. Shred chicken once cooked and let cool. In a large skillet add One-legged Chicken Buffalo Sauce and shredded chicken. Add cream cheese (chopped up), 1 cup Cubano Dressing (see recipe), and 1 cup sharp cheddar to the skillet
Cook
place on smoker at 375. Once everything is melted and mixed together (about 10-15 minutes) add 1 cup shredded cheddar all over the top and smoke/grill for another 10 minutes until cheese on top starts to melt and crust.
