Smoke/Grill/Bake 2 Chicken Breast(internal temp to 165) Seasoned with Cubano Rub. Shred chicken once cooked and let cool. In a large skillet add One-legged Chicken Buffalo Sauce and shredded chicken. Add cream cheese (chopped up), 1 cup Cubano Dressing (see recipe), and 1 cup sharp cheddar to the skillet

place on smoker at 375. Once everything is melted and mixed together (about 10-15 minutes) add 1 cup shredded cheddar all over the top and smoke/grill for another 10 minutes until cheese on top starts to melt and crust.
WARNING!!! This Buffalo Cubano Chicken Dip is highly addictive. You will be consumed by the desire to fill your face until the dish is empty. You better buy strong tortilla chips as well! The dip/chip ratio is going to be insane.
BTW...this chicken dip is really good. You will love it, your family will love it and if you take it to a party, be prepared to make it every time you are invited.

Add cream cheese (chopped up), 1 cup Cubano Dressing (see recipe), and 1 cup sharp cheddar to the skillet and place on smoker/grill at 375.
Once everything is melted and mixed together (about 10 minutes) add 1 cup shredded cheddar all over the top and smoke/grill for another 10 minutes until cheese on top starts to melt and crust.

Smoke using your favorite wood - we like cherry.
You can also do this recipe over the stovetop and finish in the oven.
