Nashville Hot Chicken Dip

This spicy chicken dip will be the hit at your next party or when you have neighbors over the big game. Super easy to make and will have them coming back for more.

Ingredients

Lane’s Nashville Hot Seasoning

Lane’s Ranch Seasoning
-
One-legged Chicken Buffalo Sauce
-
Cayenne
3 Chicken Breast Sliced into 8 strips
2 Cups All-purpose flour
Vegetable Oil
1 ½ Cups Shredded Cheddar
16oz Softened Cream Cheese
½ Red Onion Diced
¾ Cup Ranch Dressing
Dill Pickles Diced (as many or as few as you want)
Directions
Heat vegetable oil to 375 degrees. Season the flour with Nashville hot and cayenne (for a little extra kick). Shake off excess flour and place tenders in oil (cook til 160-165 degrees).
After you remove from oil, place on plate (with paper towels) to drain off oil. Season cooked tenders with Nashville hot and ranch seasoning. Once seasoned, cut into bite size pieces
In a separate bowl add the onions, shredded cheddar, softened cream cheese (cut into smaller pieces), one legged chicken, ranch dressing, and Chopped chicken. Mix together.
Pour the mixture into a cast iron skillet (or any grill safe skillet. Bake at 375 until hot and bubbly!
Top the dip with diced up dill pickles. Serve with crackers, chips or veggies.
