Ingredients
-
Lane’s Pow Pow Marinade
-
Lane’s Honey Sriracha Rub
-
2-3 lbs beef short ribs, flanken style
-
1 bunch of green onions
-
1-2 oz knob of ginger
-
8-10 cloves of garlic
-
1 kiwi, skin removed
Directions
In a blender or food processor; combine green onions(root ends removed), garlic, ginger, kiwi, and a half bottle of Pow Pow marinade and blend until smooth.
Place short ribs into a zip-top or vacuum seal bag and pour over the marinade. Massage the marinade into the ribs and make sure all of the surface area of the ribs are making contact with the marinade. Get as much air out of the bag as possible and seal the bag. Marinate for at least 2 hours, but 8-12 hours will make the best final product.
Preheat your grill to high(400-500 degrees).
Take ribs out of marinade and let excess marinade drip off before putting on the grill. Grill for 10-12 minutes, flipping after every couple of minutes to prevent burning, until a deep crust forms and ribs are at least 180 degrees internal. Season with a coating of Honey Sriracha rub after your first flip.
Let ribs rest 10 minutes, then serve alongside some rice, kimchi, and grilled vegetables!
