Ingredients

8 slices cooked and crumbled bacon

1 small onion

2 garlic cloves

1 tablespoon butter

2 tablespoons All-purpose flour

1 cup chicken broth
-
1 cup milk
-
6 ounces cream cheese- softened

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
-
4 jalapenos- 3 diced, 1 sliced

2 1⁄2 cups cooked chicken

8 ounces penne pasta - cooked per directions

Lane’s BBQ One legged chicken sauce- to your liking
-
2 tbsp Lane's Scorpion Rub
Directions
Cook bacon in large pan, crumble and set aside
Add onion and garlic to pan and cook until tender
Add butter, when melted sprinkle flour into pan and cook a minute or two whisk in chicken broth and milk
Add cream cheese and stir
Remove from heat and add 1⁄2 cheeses
Stir in diced jalapenos, chicken, pasta, Lane's Scorpion Rub and half of bacon
Add Lane’s BBQ One legged chicken sauce to your liking - extremely hot or hot!
Pour into a greased casserole pan. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins.
Uncover and add bacon, cheeses and sliced jalapeños return to oven and bake about 10-15 mins.
Recipe Note
- If you don't want it as spicy you can replace the Scorpion Rub with Lane's brisket rub!
- You can also use less buffalo sauce to reduce the heat.
