This Chicken Stir Fry combines tender grilled chicken thighs with a medley of fresh vegetables, all tossed in a savory sauce. Seasoned with Lane's signature Hot Honey Rub and Pow Pow sauce, it's a perfect blend of sweet and spicy that brings a taste of the grill to your kitchen. Ingredients

3 - 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs

1 Red Bell Pepper seeded and sliced

1 Yellow Bell Pepper seeded and sliced

2 cups of broccoli florets
-
1 cup thinly sliced carrots
-
1 cup snap peas
-
olive oil
-
Scallions

Sesame seeds
Directions
Grill Chicken Thighs
Marinade chicken thighs in ½ cup Lane’s Pow Pow Sauce in food safe container for 1 -4 hours.
Set grill to med-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and season with Lane’s Hot Honey Rub and cook 5-7 minutes per side, until the internal temperature reaches 165-170. Remove and rest.
*Optional - while on grill brush more Pow Pow if you want more flavor.Chop chicken into 1 inch chunks and set to the side.
Stir Fry Veggies
Heat olive oil in a large skillet, large griddle, or wok over high heat. Add the red and yellow peppers, broccoli, snap peas, Hot Honey rub, and carrots and toss. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the vegetables are soft, but still crunchy. (do not sauté)
Set heat to medium and add ⅓ cup of Lane’s Pow Pow sauce. Stir and cook for 1 to 2 minutes. Remove from heat, top with the green onions and sesame seeds, chopped chicken, and serve.
