½ cup Lane’s One-legged Chicken Buffalo Sauce

½ tablespoon Lane’s SPG Seasoning

1 tsp Black Pepper

5 lb red potatoes, chopped

1 ¼ cups mayonnaise

8 oz blue cheese
-
1 ½ cups chopped pickles
-
5 large boiled eggs, chopped
-
½ cup red onion
-
½ cup celery, chopped
Directions
Place chopped red potatoes in a large pot and fill with water. Bring to a boil then reduce to medium low. Simmer 10 minutes or until preferred tenderness. Drain and cool.
In a large bowl stir together mayonnaise, blue cheese, pickles, chopped boiled eggs, red onion, celery, ½ cup One-legged chicken buffalo sauce, SPG seasoning, and black pepper.
Once cooled add potatoes and gently mix together until fully incorporated.
For best results allow to cool overnight in the refrigerator. You can add more or less of any ingredient to your preferred tase! - Enjoy

Hey Chris, We like Publix brand blue cheese crumbles. It worked pretty well for us and I personally used that when I made it, as well.
