1.5 lbs Baby Potatoes

1 Bag of Baby Carrots

1 White Onion

3 Celery Stalks

4 Cups Beef Broth

¼ Cup W Sauce

Steak Supreme Seasoning

Ancho Espresso Seasoning

Brisket Seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven/smoker to 275 degrees
Season the chuck roast with Lanes Steak Supreme and smoke for 2 hours, or until internal temp reaches 180-190 degrees
Chop the onion, potatoes and celery stalks into 2-inch pieces.
Add the onion, celery, baby carrots, beef broth, W sauce, Lanes Ancho Espresso, Lanes Brisket seasoning. Place on smoker, covered, for 1 hour.
After 1 hour, add baby potatoes to the dutch oven and cook until the chuck roast reaches target temp of 180-190 degrees.
Once the chuck roast reaches the goal temp of 180-190 degrees, remove the chuck roast from the smoker and shred it. Place the shredded chuck roast back into the dutch oven and cook until potatoes are cooked through.
Scoop out and enjoy over a bed of mashed potatoes!
