This White Chicken Chili is the perfect cozy dinner crave-quencher — tender seasoned chicken, creamy broth, melty cheese, and bold flavor all come together in one bowl. Packed with Lane’s White Chili Mix blend, along with Fiesta & Ranch Seasonings, it’s a Tex-Mex twist on classic chili that’s rich without being heavy and super easy to make for weeknights or game day gatherings alike. Lane’s Ranch seasoning

Lane’s Fiesta Rub

1 lb chicken

2 cups chicken broth

1 cup chopped bacon

1 can rotel

8oz block of cream cheese

1 can corn
-
1 can black beans
Directions
Bake/Cook chicken lightly seasoned with Fiesta Rub. Once cooked let cool and shred.
In a dutch oven or slow cooker add ALL the ingredients, 2 tbsp Ranch Seasoning, and Lane’s White Chili Mix packet - cook on medium for 2-4 hours. Stir occasionally until the cream cheese is melted and fully incorporated.
