Packed with Lane’s White Chili Mix blend, along with Fiesta & Ranch Seasonings, it’s a Tex-Mex twist on classic chili that’s rich without being heavy and super easy to make for weeknights or game day gatherings alike. Ingredients

Lane’s White Chili Mix
Lane’s Ranch seasoning
Lane’s Fiesta Rub
1 lb chicken
2 cups chicken broth
1 cup chopped bacon
1 can rotel
8oz block of cream cheese
1 can corn
1 can black beans

Directions

Bake/Cook chicken lightly seasoned with Fiesta Rub. Once cooked let cool and shred.
In a dutch oven or slow cooker add ALL the ingredients, 2 tbsp Ranch Seasoning, and Lane’s White Chili Mix packet - cook on medium for 2-4 hours. Stir occasionally until the cream cheese is melted and fully incorporated.
