Bama’s Smokey Sweet Rub

Lane’s Pineapple Chipotle Sauce

1lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

12 oz. pack of thin cut bacon
Directions
Preheat grill to 275°F.
Season shrimp generously with Bama’s Smokey Sweet rub.
Wrap each shrimp with half a slice of bacon, then sprinkle more rub on the bacon. Use a skewer to secure bacon or use a toothpick.
Grill shrimp until bacon gets a slight char, then brush with Pineapple Chipotle sauce. Grill for 4-5 more minutes until sauce thickens into a glaze.
Serve with Sorta White or more Pineapple Chipotle for dipping,
