Prep
Dice Bell peppers, Trim ends of zucchini and slice, cut broccoli into florets, slice sausage into half-inch pieces and add everything into a bowl. (Add any other vegetables you might like.)
Drizzle 1 - 2 tbsp Olive Oil and toss to coat. Season with Lane's Garlic2 and Blackening Rub. Genteelly toss.
Place on a large baking sheet with foil and even out to a single layer. Lightly sprinkle with Garlic2 and Blackening rub if needed.
Cook
Bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
Sprinkle with grated parmesan and enjoy

Sometimes you just need a healthy, quick, and easy recipe for dinner. Especially when you ate all the things over the past weekend! We've all been there. This is a really simple recipe with a lot of flavors, that will definitely be a part of your weekly meals.
Ingredients

12 oz Smoked Sausage

1 - 2 Bell peppers (We like Yellow and Red)

Lane's Garlic2 Rub
-
Lane's Blackening Rub
-
Grated Parmesan
-
1 Large Zucchini
-
1 1/2 cups Broccoli
-
Substitute other vegetables if desired

Olive Oil

Optional - Lane's Sorta White Sauce
Directions
Dice Bell peppers into 1 - 2 inch pieces - place in bowl
Trim ends of zucchini, slice, and add to bowl
Cut up broccoli to your preference, I just like the tops. Add to bowl
Slice sausage into half inch pieces and add to bowl.
Add any other vegetables you might like.
Drizzle 1 - 2 tbsp Olive Oil and toss to coat. Season with about 2 tbsp Lane's Garlic2 and 1 tbsp Blackening Rub and toss.
I added more Garlic2 and less Blackening. This is my preference, if you love the smoked paprika in the blackening feel free to add more.

Bake at 400 for 45 minutes.

Smoker/grill directions
Place in either a skillet or a vegetable grill basket indirect heat around 400 for 40 minutes.
Toss and give it direct heat for about 5 to 10 minutes at the end.
Sprinkle with grated parmesan and enjoy
