Ingredients
-
2 lbs Pork Belly
-
2 Tablespoons Q-Nami seasoning
-
1 Cup Kinda Sweet Sauce
-
3 Tbsp Gochujang
-
½ juice from a lime
-
¼ Cup Soy Sauce
-
1 Tbsp Hot Honey
-
Sesame Seeds
-
Sliced Green Onion
-
(Optional) Sriracha mayonaise
Directions
Preheat smoker to 225 degrees on indirect heat.
Cut 6 inch long by 2 inch wide pieces of pork belly and put on skewers.
Season all sides with Q-nami.
Places skewers on grill grates and cook for 1 hour on one side, then flip the skewers and cook for 30 more minutes or until internal temp reaches 190 degrees.
In a sauce pan, add gochugang, soy sauce, hot honey, juice from ½ lime, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, and Kinda Sweet sauce. Simmer over low heat until sauce thickens. Brush over the pork belly skewers and place them back on the grill for 2 minutes each side.
Remove from heat and lightly brush more sauce all over the pork belly. Top the skewers with sesame seeds and sliced green onion and Enjoy!! (Optional Sriracha mayo)
