Ingredients
-
Sweet Lemon Pepper Seasoning
-
3-4 Tilapia fillets
-
Panko Bread Crumbs
-
2 Garlic cloves, Minced
-
4 Tbsp butter
-
Parsley
-
1 Lemon
Directions
Set oven to 400 - In a bowl, mix melted butter, half a lemon squeezed, 2 tbsp Sweet Lemon Pepper Rub, 2 tsp Minced Garlic, and 2 tbsp diced parsley.
In an oven-safe dish, place the Tilapia fillets out evenly and pour the butter mixture overtop. Massage in with hands if needed and add ¼ cup panko breadcrumbs evenly over fillets.
Place in the oven for around 15 minutes. The internal temperature of the thick part of the fillet should be 145°F. (You can remove around 142, and it will continue to rise to 145 while resting.)
Slice up some extra lemon wedges for the top and enjoy!
