Stew
Gather all your ingredients, sauté your onions, celery, and minced garlic. After your veggies have been sautéed throw everybody else in the pool. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 2hrs, stirring occasionally.

Depending on what region of BBQ you are in Brunswick Stew can look and taste very different. This is our version of a classic with a Lane's twist. Using pork, chicken and brisket is an example of how we take normal recipes and elevate the culinary game. We are always looking for ways to up the ante and bring delicious meals to the table. This is a great recipe for a side to go with BBQ or even if you want to make it a meal in itself, this Stew puts a checkmark in all the boxes!!
Ingredients

1 - 1 ½ cups of diced onions

2 stalks of celery diced

1 green bell pepper diced

1 ½ lbs of fresh or leftover pulled pork (usually seasoned with Lane's Spellbound Rub)

1 ½ lbs of fresh or leftover brisket (sliced then roughly pulled, usually seasoned with Lane's Brisket Rub)

1 ½ lbs of smoked chicken (white and dark meat, usually seasoned with Lane's Spellbound Rub) finely chopped

3 cans whole peeled tomatoes with liquid chopped

3 cans of cream corn

1 teaspoon of Liquid Smoke

1 ½ teaspoons of Lane's One Legged Chicken Buffalo Sauce

2 ¼ teaspoons of garlic powder

1 ¼ teaspoons of Lane’s Signature Rub

1 ¼ teaspoons of Lane’s Brisket Rub
-
1 teaspoon of Lane’s SPF 53 rub
-
4 teaspoons of ancho chili powder

1 ¼ cup of Lane’s Kinda Sweet BBQ Sauce

1 ¼ cup of Ketchup
Directions
Sauté onions and celery with olive oil and minced garlic.
Combine all ingredients, bring to rolling boil then simmer on low heat for roughly 2 hours to bring the flavors together.
Recipe Note
- One batch usually yields a gallon and a quarter of stew.
- Remember to experiment! Try Lil Spicy if you want more heat or Itsa Vinegar to change things up to get the flavor you are looking for. This is all a part of the fun of trying new things and figuring out what works and what doesn't.
