Honey Ginger Salmon with Pineapple Chipotle Glaze

Ingredients
- Salmon

Lane's House Divided 2.0 Seasoning
- Duck Fat Spray

Lane's Pineapple Chipotle BBQ Sauce
Directions
On the Grill
- Liberally season meat side with House Divided 2.0 Rub
- Grill direct at 375 deg skin side down
- Pull it at an internal temp of 145 deg
- Brush Pineapple Chipotle Sauce over Salmon
- Place Salmon back on Grill until internal temp 150 deg to get the caramelization of the Chipotle sauce (roughly 10 min on grill)
In the Oven
- Liberally season meat side with House Divided 2.0 Rub
- Pre-heat oven to 375 deg
- Spray a baking sheet with Duck Fat Spray and place Salmon Skin down
- Bake until internal temp is at 145 deg and then pull
- Brush Pineapple Chipotle Sauce over Salmon
- Place Salmon back in Oven until internal temp 150 deg to get the caramelization of the Chipotle sauce (roughly 10 min)
Pan Seared
- Liberally season meat side with House Divided 2.0 Rub
- Heat pan to medium temperature with a little EVOO
- Place salmon in pan skin side down
- Pull it at an internal temp of 145 deg
- Brush Pineapple Chipotle Sauce over Salmon
