Honey Ginger Salmon with Pineapple Chipotle Glaze

Ingredients

Method

  • Grill
    • Liberally season meat side with House Divided 2.0 Rub
    • Grill direct at 375 deg skin side down
    • Pull it at an internal temp of 145 deg
    • Brush Pineapple Chipotle Sauce over Salmon
    • Place Salmon back on Grill until internal temp 150 deg to get the caramelization of the Chipotle sauce (roughly 10 min on grill, but check the internal temp)
  • Oven
    • Liberally season meat side with House Divided 2.0 Rub
    • Pre-heat oven to 375 deg
    • Spray a baking sheet with Duck Fat Spray and place Salmon Skin down
    • Bake until internal temp is at 145 deg and then pull
    • Brush Pineapple Chipotle Sauce over Salmon
    • Place Salmon back in Oven until internal temp 150 deg to get the caramelization of the Chipotle sauce (roughly 10 min on grill, but check the internal temp)
  • Pan-Seared
    • Liberally season meat side with House Divided 2.0 Rub
    • Heat pan to medium temperature with a little EVOO
    • Place salmon in pan skin side down
    • Pull it at an internal temp of 145 deg
    • Brush Pineapple Chipotle Sauce over Salmon
    • Place Salmon back in pan until internal temp 150 deg to get the caramelization of the Chipotle sauce (roughly 10 min on grill, but check the internal temp)
