Wings

Pack of Chicken Wings (Whole or Pre-cut, personal preference)
Legendary Chicken Seasoning
Chopped Chive

Honey Garlic Glaze

1 Stick Unsalted Butter
6 Cloves Minced Garlic
¼ cup One Legged Chicken
⅓ cup Honey

Directions

Wings

Season wings with Legendary Chicken and add to cold smoker.
Once all wings are added to cold smoker, set smoker to 400 degrees F.
Check Wings internal temp after 30 minutes and flip. (Make Honey Garlic Glaze, Directions Below)
Once Wings have reached an internal temp of 190 degrees F, baste with Honey Garlic Glaze, and cook until internal temp of 200 degrees F.
Top with chopped chive and enjoy!

Honey Garlic Glaze

Add butter to pan on smoker and let it melt. Once melted, add in minced garlic.
After garlic has cooked in the butter for 5 minutes, add in the One Legged Chicken and Honey to the pan and let simmer for 5 minutes.
Baste wings with galze.
