Lane's Fiesta Rub

2 1/2 cups Shredded Chicken

1 cup shredded cheese

Vegetable oil

1 Adobo Pepper in adobo sauce

Corn Tortillas

Toothpicks

Lane's Chili Lime Rub

Adobo sauce (from taquito ingredients)

Lime

1 cup Sour Cream
Chili Lime Crema
Directions
In a bowl add shredded chicken, 1 tbsp Lane's Fiesta Rub, and 2 minced adobo pepper with 3 1 tbsp adobo sauce - Mix Well
In a couple of damp paper towels wrap all the corn tortillas and microwave for 2 minutes
Fill a corn tortilla with chicken and cheese wrap tightly and secure with a toothpick
Pour oil in a skillet up halfway up the taquito - heat oil to 350 degrees.
Place taquitos 3 or 4 at a time in the oil about 1 to 2 minutes per side until golden brown. Set aside in a plate with paper towels. Remove toothpicks add your favorite toppings and enjoy
Chili Lime Crema
1 cup sour cream, 2 tsp adobo sauce, 2 tsp Chili Lime Rub, and 1/2 lime juice mixed.
