This burger is a full-on flavor bomb — stacked high with melty cheese, smoky bacon, and a hearty scoop of chili. It’s messy, meaty, and 100% worth the napkin count. If you’re craving comfort food with a little kick, this one’s calling your name.

Ingredients

1lb Ground Beef (for Chili)

1.5lb Ground Beef for Burgers (4 patties)

Fiesta Rub
-
1 Can of Stewed Tomatoes

3 tbsp Sour Cream
-
2.5 tbsp Ranch Seasoning
-
5 slices of Bacon
-
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
-
Cubano Rub
-
Kaiser Rolls
Directions
Chili Instructions
Brown 1lb ground beef, lightly season with Fiesta rub while browning
Add browned ground beef, stewed tomatoes, 1 tbsp of Fiesta Rub into a blender. Blend to your preferred chili consistency.
Burger Instructions
Cook bacon, let cool, and chop
In a large mixing bowl, add 1.5lb ground beef, shredded cheddar, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and chopped bacon. Mix together and make into 4 patties.
Season and rub outside of patties with Cubano Rub
Cook your burger to desired consistency - you can cook your burger however you want - grill, smoker, stovetop, etc.
Once done, put your patties on Kaiser rolls, add chili, and any other condiments you would like.
