Ingredients

8 oz Cream Cheese cubed at room temperature

4 Tablespoons of Unsalted Sweet Cream Butter

β Cup of Whole Milk

Β½ Teaspoon Salt

2 Tablespoons 16 mesh Black Pepper

15 oz bag Frozen Corn (Thawed)

1 Cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
-
(optional) 2 Tablespoons Diced Pickled Jalapenos
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a pot, on low heat, melt Cream Cheese and Butter.
Stir in Whole Milk until mixture is smooth and creamy.
Stir in salt, 16 Mesh Black Pepper, Thawed Corn, and (if using) Diced Pickled JalapeΓ±os.
Pour Corn mixture into an 8x8 square baking dish. Sprinkle with the Shredded Cheddar Cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
