Smoked spiral sliced ham

Duck Fat Spray

Lane's Cubano Rub

Lane's Granulated Honey

Lane's Southbound BBQ Sauce (Carolina Mustard)

Rectangle Aluminum foil Pan
Directions
Set smoker to 275 degrees
Place ham in aluminum foil pan. Spray ham with Duck fat spray and season with Lane's Cubano Rub and Lane's Granulated Honey
Smoke for about 2 - 3 hours until internal temp of ham is 140 degrees
Pour Lane's Southbound Sauce (Carolina Mustard) over top of ham - Leave on smoker for another 5 to 10 minutes to caramelize glaze.
If there is too much juice from the ham in the bottom of the tray we recommend pouring some out.
Remove slice and enjoy
