Buffalo Chicken Cheesy Bread
Buffalo chicken cheesy bread is an ooey, gooey, cheesy treat that delights everyone who tries it! Perfect as an appetizer or snack - or even a full meal if you're feeling adventurous - it's incredibly tasty, filling and flavorful. Whether you bake it up from scratch using your own homemade ingredients or purchase a loaf from the bakery section prior to grilling - you can't go wrong!
Lane’s One-Legged Chicken Buffalo Sauce
Lane’s Ranch Seasoning
1 large French baguette or Italian loaf
2-3 cups of shredded chicken, leftover or canned
2 blocks cream cheese, softened
shredded mozzarella cheese
crumbled blue cheese(optional)
Preheat grill to 350°F. If using gas or charcoal, set up for indirect grilling.
Mix together the chicken, OLC Buffalo Sauce, and cream cheese into a spreadable paste.
Cut loaf in half lengthwise and spread buffalo mix on the halved loaves. Add mozzarella cheese, more buffalo sauce to taste, blue cheese crumbles and ranch seasoning on top of buffalo mixture.
Grill for 10-20 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and starting to brown. Rest for 5-10 minutes, then cut and serve!
- Any cheeses will work for the topping, use your favorite or combination of favorites
- Get as adventurous as you like with toppings! Bacon, green onions, and jalapenos are all great additons.
