Lane's BBQ Beef Short Ribs

Rack of Beef Short Ribs

Lane's BBQ Combo Rub: Brisket and Ancho

 

Method

1. Heat your smoker to 275 degrees

2. Coat ribs with Combo Rub 

3. Place ribs on smoker bone side down and cook until internal temp reaches 200F. This typically will take between 4-5 hours. 

Note: For a killer crust, spritz with water every hour 

4. Once ribs have reached internal temp of 200, remove from smoker and let rest 15 minutes before serving.
