Ingredients
- Rack of Beef Short Ribs
- Lane's BBQ Combo Rub: Brisket and Ancho
Method
- Heat your smoker to 275 degrees
- Coat ribs with Brisket + Ancho Combo Rub
- Place ribs on smoker bone side down and cook until internal temp reaches 200F. This typically will take between 4-5 hours.
- (optional) For a killer crust, spritz with water every hour
- Once ribs have reached internal temp of 200, remove from smoker and let rest 15 minutes before serving.
