These burnt ends are a delectable delicacy that epitomizes Southern barbecue. Derived from the renowned Conecuh smoked sausage, these burn ends take this already flavorful meat to new heights. The process begins with cutting the sausages into bite-sized pieces before being coated with Bamagrillmaster's Smokey Sweet Rub. These morsels are then slow-cooked to perfection over hardwood, allowing the flavors to intensify and meld together harmoniously. The end result is a mouthwatering combination of sweet, smoky, and savory notes that dance on the palate with each succulent bite. After tossing in a sweet, saucy mixture, the outer layer becomes irresistibly caramelized, creating a delightful sticky glaze that adds an extra dimension to these delectable bites. Whether served as an appetizer or part of a hearty meal, Bama burnt ends are guaranteed to satisfy even the most discerning barbecue aficionados with their rich taste and tender texture.
