Prep
Pre-heat your oven and prepare the dough. (Use your dough instructions) Lightly brush dough with cooking oil
Use Lane's Kinda Sweet as a base on the dough and spread evenly using a spoon. Add more or less to your preference. Evenly spread leftover brisket or pulled pork. Spread Mozzarella and Sharp Cheddar over the brisket evenly. Add any additional toppings. Then Season the top with Lane's Garlic2 Rub

Bake 18 - 22 minutes (follow the instructions of the pizza dough) Make sure the bottom of the pizza is starting to brown. (Optionally you can smoke the pizza on a smoker to add more bbq flavors. (highly suggest) Make sure indirect heat.)
Once ready to eat, drizzle Lane's Sorta White BBQ Sauce over the pizza.

This is a great way to use leftover brisket or pork. BBQ pizza seems to be super popular, but this isn't your bandwagon pizza. This pie is loaded with flavor and takes your taste buds down a less beaten path that you will be glad you traveled down. Redneck Italian at its best!

Ingredients

Lane's Kinda Sweet BBQ Sauce

Lane's Garlic2 Rub

Lane's Sorta White BBQ Sauce

Pizza dough (Cooked or handmade, your choice)

Leftover Brisket (chopped) or Pulled Pork

1 cup Mozzarella Cheese

1 cup Sharp Cheddar

Cilantro
-
Cooking Oil

Optional toppings: Onions, Jalapeños, mushrooms, and Bacon
Directions
Pre-heat oven and prepare dough (Use your dough instructions)
Optionally you can smoke the pizza with indirect heat and it will give the pizza more of that great smokey flavor.
Lightly brush dough with cooking oil
Using Lane's Kinda Sweet as a base pour half a cup over dough and spread evenly using a spoon. Add more or less to your preference.
Evenly spread 1 cup of leftover brisket or pulled pork.
Spread Mozzarella and Sharp Cheddar over the brisket evenly. Add any additional toppings. Then Season the top with Lane's Garlic2 Rub

Recipe Note
- Use what BBQ sauce you want. If you want a kick use our Lil Spicy or Pineapple Chipotle.
- If you don't have brisket or pulled pork you can use chicken
- Add as many toppings as you want....it is your preference
