Spellbound Hot Pimento Cheese
If you've been by our shop on Friday mornings, you know how much we love some pimento cheese on a brisket biscuit, but we make this stuff by the gallon. Honestly we like it on just about anything you can put it on and just by itself as well.
Spellbound Hot Rub
8oz block of sharp cheddar cheese
8oz block mild cheddar cheese
¼ cup crumbled blue cheese
8 ounces of cream cheese
2 jalapenos, diced
2 ounces of pimentos
1/2 cup mayo
Shred mild and sharp cheddar cheese then place in bowl
Add blue cheese, cream cheese, pimentos, mayo, then season generously with Spellbound Hot
Mix all ingredients together
- Add some of your favorite hot sauce for more kick!
- This recipe can easily be multiplied and stored in your fridge for up to 2 weeks.
