Ingredients

Lane’s Honey Sriracha Rub

Lane’s Pow Pow Marinade
2 - 8oz blocks of cream cheese
1 Pack of bacon
½ Yellow Onion
1 tbsp Honey
Your favorite dip crackers - we used Ritz
Directions
Remove cream cheese from packaging and coat in Lane’s Honey Sriracha Rub all sides and bottom. Score the top in a cross hatch pattern and place in a small foil tray.
Smoke at 225 for 1 ½ to 2 hours
Pow Pow Bacon Jam
While cream cheese is smoking - Slice a pound of bacon into ¼ to ½ inch pieces and brown in skillet over medium heat. Drain fat (leaving 1 Tbsp in skillet) Dice ½ yellow onion and add to skillet. Stir frequently until browned.
Add ½ cup Lane’s Pow Pow sauce and simmer for another 10 minutes until thick and “sludge-y” Add 1 tbsp honey and mix together.
Makes enough for 2 Smoked Cream Cheeses.
Once cream cheese is finished remove and plate. Add bacon Jam to the top and enjoy with your favorite cracker.
