Lane's Brisket Rub

Lane's Sorta White Sauce

4 Hot dogs

4 Potato Buns
-
8 slices provalone cheese

Sliced Portobello Mushrooms

1 Yellow Onions
-
1 Green Bell Pepper
-
1 Red Bell Pepper
-
2 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce

4 tbsp Unsalted butter
Directions
Julienne cut onion, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper
Sauté onions, red bell pepper, and green bell pepper with 3 tbsp butter and season with Lane's Brisket Rub
In a separate pan sauté mushrooms with teriyaki sauce
Cook your Hot Dog however you like (we prefer to the grill to get the grill marks)
Toast your buns on grill or in oven
Add Hot dog to bun, add sautéed veggies, and mushrooms.
Drizzle with Lane's Sorta White, add 2 sliced of provolone cheese, sprinkle cheese with Lane's Brisket Rub, and place in oven at 350 for 5 minutes or until provolone cheese starts to melt.
Recipe Note
- If you wanted to take it to the next level you could always add actual steak along with the onions, pepper, mushrooms and provolone cheese.
- Toasting you bun in a must. With all the extras you'll need the extra strength.
