These extra glazy carrots will become you go to side for a lazy weekend dinner or last minute potluck meal! Using our limited edition Maple Pecan rub to pair with the carrot's natural sweetness, and hot honey for that sticky, spicy glaze. This will be the side dish you keep going back to for seconds or even thirds(we won't tell anyone). This recipe requires minimal prep and very little tending to, so give this one a shot!
Ingredients

Maple Pecan rub

1/8 cup hot honey

2 lbs medium whole carrots, trimmed and peeled or washed

6 Tbsp. unsalted butter, cut into pieces
Directions
Preheat Smoker/Grill/Oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with a double layer of aluminum foil or use a disposable baking tray.
Cut carrots on a diagonal into 2-3” pieces and spread out on foil.
Evenly top carrots with Maple Pecan rub, butter, and honey and toss to coat.
Roast carrots, stirring and flipping every 20 minutes until tender and lightly charred around the edges. 45-50 minutes total. Transfer to a platter, drizzle with extra honey and Maple Pecan rub if desired.
