Prep/Cook
In a large cast-iron skillet add your frozen tater tots and place them on the smoker. Follow the tater tots instructions. Season with Lane's SPF-53 rub.
Once cooked, add in an even layer over the top, Bacon, Shredded Chicken, Cheddar Cheese, and season with SPF-53 Rub. Cook the tots for another 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
Pull when done and drizzle sauce over the top. One-legged Chicken Buffalo Sauce and Sorta White Sauce are a killer combo!!
Optionally top with Chives and tomatoes.

This is a simple recipe using just about any leftover protein with a bag of your favorite Tater Totos. This is Meat and Potatoes on a new level. Full of flavor and trust us, its hard to stop eating once you start. The only thing that might make you stop is that you run out. However, it is so simple you can make another batch quick! Get the kiddos involved too. They will love this recipe too.
Ingredients

One Legged Chicken Buffalo Sauce

Sorta White Sauce

Lane's SPF-53 Rub about 1 tbsp

1 bag Frozen Tater Tots (32oz)

2 small chicken breast cooked and shredded

Cheddar Cheese
-
About 6 - 8 slices of Bacon cooked and chopped

Optional - Chives and 1 Diced tomato
Directions
In a large cast iron skillet add frozen tater tots and place on smoker. Follow tater tots instructions. Season with Lane's SPF-53 rub
Add evenly over the top Bacon, Shredded Chicken, Cheddar Cheese, and top with SPF-53 Rub. Cook for another 5 to 10 minutes until cheese is good and melted.
Pull when done - drizzle One-legged Chicken Buffalo Sauce and Sorta White Sauce.
Optionally top with Chives and tomatoes.

Helpful Options:
- Leftover chicken is a great option
- Other great substitutes for chicken - pulled pork, leftover brisket, ground beef
- If you don't like Buffalo sauce, bbq sauce would be a great subsitute.
