Lil Spicy Lil Smokies

Little Smokies on a smoker

Prep/Cook

Dump all the little smokies in a heavy-duty aluminum pan. Drizzle with some olive oil, season with Lane's SPF53 rub, toss, and season again.

Set your smoker to 250 and smoke for about 30 to 45 minutes

Remove from smoker and turn up your smoker to around 400

In a bowl add Lane's Lil Spicy Sauce, Brown sugar, and 5 oz Wisham Fire Jelly (Or your favorite pepper jelly) Mix. Pour mixture over the little smokies, cube a stick of butter, and place on top, then return to the smoker when it is at temp. 

Smoke for 45 minutes to an hour. Toss the smokies with a spatula about every 10 minutes. By the end, the smokies should be a nice dark brownish-red color from the caramelization.
