Ingredients

2-3 Cups of Pre-cooked Chicken

Baguette slices ( 1-1.5 inches thick)

1 Cup Shredded Parmasean

12oz Cherry Tomatoes diced

6 fresh basil leaves

Sliced Mozzarella

Olive Oil
-
Balsamic glaze

Directions
Preheat grill/oven to 400 degrees. Make sure to oil grill grates/ baking sheet depending on method of cooking.
Slice the baguette into 1-1.5 inch slices at and angle. Oil both side of the bread slices.
Top the slices of bread with ¼ cup of chicken and a sprinkle of the shredded mozzarella and add to grill/oven.
While the baguette slices are cooking, quarter all of the tomatoes, roughly chop the basil and add to a mixing bowl. Add in 3 Tablespoons of olive oil and 2 Tablespoons of Legendary Chicken and mix
Once the baguette is toasted on the bottom and the cheese is melted on the top, remove the slices from the grill/oven.
Add the tomato mixture to the top, then take the mozzarella sliced and pull apart to small pieces and add to the top.
Add a drizzle of the balsamic glaze to the top and dig in!!
