Ditch the boxed stuff and dig into our ultra-creamy Laneβs Signature Mac-n-Cheeseβelbow noodles bathed in velvety milk, sour cream, half-&-half and BIG blocks of Velveeta, all seasoned with our Garlic2 Rub for that savory kick. Bake it up and serve it hot for a comfort side that stands out at weeknight dinners, game-day spreads or holiday feasts.
Ingredients

1 1/2 tbsp Lane's Garlic2 Rub

1lb Box Barilla elbow noodles

1/2 stick unsalted butter
-
3 cups 2% milk
-
1/2 cup sour cream
-
1/2 cup of half & half
-
2lb block of Velveeta Cheese
Directions
Bring water in a large pot to a boil
Once boiling add Barilla elbow noodles and boil for 4 1/2 minutes
Drain and place in a casserole dish 13x9
In a pot add butter, sour cream, half & half, Lane's Garlic2 Rub, and milk and warm ingredients at medium.
Cube the Velveeta cheese and add to the mixture until melted
Pour mixture over cooked noodles, stir, cover, and bake at 350 for 20 minutes - uncover and place back in oven for 10 minutes
Recipe Note
This is a great base for you to experiment with. Add your own flavor and style. You could add brisket, bacon, chicken, ham...the possibilities are endless.

I was disappointed to see that this recipe called for a block of velveeta. I saw your recipe in a magazine using the Lanes BBQ garlic 2 rub and it called for 2lbs of sharp chedder and 2lbs. Of smoked gouda instead. I guess someone substituted real cheese for the fake cheese that is called for here.
