Say so long to the box kits and microwavable bowls of Mac N Cheese. Our Mac N Cheese is incredibly smooth, rich, and creamy. It almost melts in your mouth. Kids will love and adults, well, you know we love it already!
Once boiling add Barilla elbow noodles and boil for 4 1/2 minutes
Drain and place in a casserole dish 13x9
In a pot add butter, sour cream, half & half, Lane's Garlic2 Rub, and milk and warm ingredients at medium.
Cube the Velveeta cheese and add to the mixture until melted
Pour mixture over cooked noodles, stir, cover, and bake at 350 for 20 minutes - uncover and place back in oven for 10 minutes

This is a great base for you to experiment with. Add your own flavor and style. You could add brisket, bacon, chicken, ham...the possibilities are endless.

I was disappointed to see that this recipe called for a block of velveeta. I saw your recipe in a magazine using the Lanes BBQ garlic 2 rub and it called for 2lbs of sharp chedder and 2lbs. Of smoked gouda instead. I guess someone substituted real cheese for the fake cheese that is called for here.
