5-6 Sweet Potatoes

¼ Cup Soft Butter

½ - ¾ Cup Whole Milk (Depending on the consistency of the Sweet Potato mix)

¾ Cup Brown Sugar

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

2 Teaspoons (Divided) - Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Seasoning

1 Bag Big and Fluffy Marshmallows (Cut in Half)

1 Cup Light Brown Sugar
-
1 Cup Pecans (Crushed)

¼ Cup of All Purpose Flour
-
⅓ Stick of Unsalted Butter (Softened)

2 Tablespoons Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Seasoning

Pecan Crumble Topping
Directions
Sweet Potato Filling
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Boil Sweet Potatoes for 20-30 minutes (until soft).
Strain Sweet Potatoes and peel off skin.
Combine Sweet Potatoes, Unsalted Butter, Whole Milk, Light Brown Sugar, Vanilla Extract, and Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Seasoning in a bowl and Mix until smooth.
Put mixture into a 9x13 inch Baking Dish.
Place cut Marshmallows on top and sprinkle with Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Seasoning. (IF using the Pecan Crumble Topping, this would be where the Topping would be added, instead of the Marshmallows)
Bake for 40 Minutes
Pecan Crumble Topping
Combine all Ingredients in a bowl.
Mix all ingredients together. (Make sure to rub the softened butter fully in to the mix so that there are no clumps of butter.)

Took your class a couple years ago on how to cook Thanksgiving on our Big Green Egg and we still use the recipes!!! My family’s favorite is Lane’s BBQ Sweet Potato Casserole! It’s always the first dish to go!
