Lane’s BBQ Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • 5-6 SWEET POTATOES
  • ¼ CUP SOFT BUTTER
  • ¼- ½ CUP MILK
  • ¾ CUP BROWN SUGAR
  • 1 TEASPOON VANILLA 
  • 1 ½ KOSHER SALT
  • 2 TEASPOOONS (Divided) Lane’s Desserts Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel 
  • MARSHMALLOWS – BIG AND FLUFFY – CUT IN HALF

Instructions

Bake sweet potatoes at 450º for 1 hour. Using a stand mixer, mix peeled sweet potatoes, butter, milk, brown sugar, salt and 1 tsp of dessert seasoning. Then put mixture into a Pyrex 9-13 or smaller dish. Put cut marshmallows on top and sprinkle with Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Seasoning.  

Bake 350º for 40 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
