Lane’s Sweet Potato Casserole

Sweet potato casserole ready to eat

Prep

Bake sweet potatoes at 450º for 1 hour. Peel when cooled.

Mix

Mix peeled sweet potatoes, butter, milk, brown sugar, salt, and 1 tsp of dessert seasoning. 

Assemble

Put mixture into a Pyrex 9-13 or smaller dish. Put cut large marshmallows on top and sprinkle with Chocolate Sea Salt Caramel Seasoning. 

Cook 

Bake 350º for 40 minutes. 

Serve and enjoy!

Took your class a couple years ago on how to cook Thanksgiving on our Big Green Egg and we still use the recipes!!! My family’s favorite is Lane’s BBQ Sweet Potato Casserole! It’s always the first dish to go!
