Cut sausage into about 1-inch pieces, Cut bacon in half and wrap around sausage pieces, use a toothpick to hold everything together. Leave space above sausage that creates a cup (shot) for the cream cheese mixture.
In a bowl, add chopped onion and jalapeños, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and Lane's Scorpion Rub. Pipe cream cheese mixture into the top of the shot and sprinkle with Scorpion Rub.
Cook
Smoke pig shots until bacon is cooked thoroughly. Roughly 30 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!!
These Pig Shots are seasoned with our Scorpion Rub. Scorpion is a combo made up of three other rubs. Spicy, sweet, and salty all in one rub that, can't beat that. These shots are as spicy as you want to make them, but in the end, you will want more. Oh yeah, did we mention the cream cheese mixed with cheddar cheese and jalapeños? IT just keeps getting better!
