These jalapeño poppers are the life of the party! With our Signature seasoning. Smoky, spicy, cheesy, and downright irresistible—don’t blame us if they disappear in seconds!

Ingredients

12 Jalapeños
-
8 oz Cream Cheese softened
-
4 oz Sharp Cheddar Cheese
-
8 oz Mayonnaise
-
Lane’s Signature Seasoning
-
½ Cup of Panko
-
4 Tablespoons melted Butter (unsalted)
Directions
Preheat oven/smoker to 325 degrees
Slice Jalapeños in half and remove the core and all the seeds
In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise and Lane’s Signature Seasoning in a bowl until all ingredients are mixed together
Add the cream cheese mixture to the Jalapeno halves to fill in the cavity
Melt the 4 tablespoons of butter in the microwave, add the butter to the panko and mix until the butter is mixed all the way, then Add the panko mixture to the top of the cream cheese mixture
Bake/Smoke the poppers for 15 minutes, or until the panko is golden brown
Take a big bite and enjoy!!
Recipe Note
Pro tip: You can add in bacon into the cream cheese mixture for some added flavor, becasue who doesnt love bacon?!?
