Directions
Preheat grill/smoker to 350˚F.
Soak your choice of grilling plank in water for at least 30 minutes, up to 1 hour.
Season up your salmon fillet with Q-NAMI and place on your plank, then on to the grill for 15 minutes.
In a small bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of soy sauce and 2 tablespoons of honey. Brush this mixture over the salmon and cook for an additional 5 minutes to set the glaze.
Pull your plank and salmon off the grill and serve!
