Take your holiday dinner up a notch with these glazed pork chops! With a sweet and tangy Cranberry Cinnamon glaze that's easy to whip up. A simple yet show-stopping recipe to impress your guests!

Ingredients

4 - 1 inch thick Pork Chops

Lane’s Naughty / Nice Seasoning
-
Spellbound Rub (If you do not have our Naughty / Nice Seasoning)
-
1 Jar Wishams Cranberry Pepper Jelly
-
½ Cup Orange Juice
-
¼ Cup Light Brown Sugar
-
2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter
-
2 Teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
Cranberry Glaze
Directions
Preheat Smoker/Oven to 275 degrees.
Season pork chops with the Naughty or Nice Seasoning (Depending on the flavor you want), and let rest for 10 minutes.
Put the pork chops in the smoker/oven.
In a small pot, add in the Cranberry Pepper Jelly, Orange Juice, Light Brown Sugar, Unsalted Butter and the Ground Cinnamon.
Stir until all ingredients are fully incorporated and cook on medium-high heat until the mixture slightly thickens.
Once the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 135 degrees, pour half of the glaze over the pork chop and leave on smoker until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. (Reserve the other half of the glaze for after the pork chops have been sliced.
After pulled off the smoker/oven, let rest for 10 minutes. Once the 10 minutes has passed, slice the pork chops and pour the remaining glaze over the pork chops.
