Take a trip to the islands with this sweet piggy recipe.

Ingredients
- Smoked Sausage Links (We used Kiolbassa - Roasted Garlic Pork)
- Bacon
- Toothpicks
- Cream Cheese
Pineapples
- Lane's Kapalua Seasoning
- Red Onion
Teriyaki Sauce
- Lane's Pineapple Chipotle BBQ Sauce
Directions
- Preheat Grill - Ceramic - Smoker - Oven to 400 degrees
Chop Onion and Pineapple
- Cut sausage into about 1 inch pieces
Cut bacon in half and wrap around sausage use a toothpick, leave space above sausage that creates a cup (shot)
Mix cream cheese, onion, pineapple, Teriyaki, and Lane's Kapalua Seasoning
Pipe cream cheese mixture into the top of the pig shot and sprinkle with Kapalua Seasoning
Cook/Grill/Smoke for about 30 minutes (make sure the bacon is cooked all the way through)
- Top with Lane's Pineapple Chipotle BBQ Sauce
