Preheat Grill/Ceramic Smoker/Oven to 400 degrees
Chop your Onion and Pineapple. Cut the sausage into about 1-inch pieces. Cut your bacon strips in half and wrap around sausage. Use a toothpick to hold the bacon tight around the sausage. Leave space above sausage that creates a cup. (shot)
Mix cream cheese, onion, pineapple, Teriyaki, and Lane's Kapalua Seasoning together in a bowl. Pipe cream cheese mixture into the top of the pig shot and sprinkle with Island Dust Seasoning. (If you don't have a piping bag use a ziplock bag.)
Cook/Grill/Smoke/bake for about 30 minutes (make sure the bacon is cooked all the way through)
Top with Lane's Pineapple Chipotle BBQ Sauce

Hawaiian Pig Shots
Take a trip to the islands with this sweet piggy recipe. If you have ever been to Hawaii then you know to get the full island experience you have to go to a Luau. Well, we did our best to put that in a recipe. For those who have gone, it will hopefully bring back great memories. For those that haven't had that experience yet, then this will give you a glimpse of what you are missing. Trust us, if you can, go visit!!

**Make sure to cut your sausage in circular pieces. it makes the bacon wrapping process easier.
