Prep
Preheat Grill/Ceramic Smoker/Oven to 400 degrees
Chop your Onion and Pineapple. Cut the sausage into about 1-inch pieces. Cut your bacon strips in half and wrap around sausage. Use a toothpick to hold the bacon tight around the sausage. Leave space above sausage that creates a cup. (shot)
Mix cream cheese, onion, pineapple, Teriyaki, and Lane's Kapalua Seasoning together in a bowl. Pipe cream cheese mixture into the top of the pig shot and sprinkle with Island Dust Seasoning. (If you don't have a piping bag use a ziplock bag.)
Cook
Cook/Grill/Smoke/bake for about 30 minutes (make sure the bacon is cooked all the way through)
Top with Lane's Pineapple Chipotle BBQ Sauce
Serve and Enjoy!!

seems like a great recipe but one thing missing is actual measurements most people cant wing it they either over do it or under do it. so a base measurement would be 100% helpful to the new person.
