Butter
Soften one stick of unsalted butter and add 2 teaspoons of Lane’s Garlic2 Place in fridge
Steak
Slice and season your steak with Lane's Fiesta, add butter (our combo), and cook over medium heat in a skillet. (cast iron is preferred) Internal temp should be around 135-140
Veggies
Julienne your onions, bell peppers, and jalapeños. Cook in a skillet (cast iron is preferred) over medium heat, season with Fiesta and throw in a dollop of Lane’s Garlic2 Butter. Veggies should still have a little crunch.
Fajita
Grab your flour or corn tortilla shell and go to work!!

Classic fajitas are pretty easy and have great taste, but how do we take it up a level? These fajitas are next level for sure. With the addition of Fiesta Seasoning and our concoction of garlic butter to cook the steak and veggies with is "out of this world" good! The wife and kids will be happy you cooked this meal and trust us, pair it with the Mexican Street Corn! You will in the running for Dad of the Year!
Ingredients
- Steak (or whatever protein you like: Chicken, Shrimp, Beef)

Lane's Fiesta Seasoning
- Butter

Lane's Garlic² Seasoning
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 Yellow Onion
- 1 Green Bell Pepper
- 1 Red Bell Pepper
- 1 lime
- Tortillas
- Jalapeños
Directions
- Cut Steak into strips and season with Fiesta Rub
Over medium high heat (preferably in a cast iron skillet) add 1 tablespoon of Garlic² Butter (See directions below) and Steak. Cook until desired internal temp. We cooked ours med rare 135 deg.
- Julienne Cut Onion, Bell Peppers, and jalapeños
- Over medium heat add 1 tablespoon Garlic² Butter (See directions below), Onions, Bell Peppers, and Jalapeños. Season with Fiesta Rub and cook until soft, but still has a crunch.
- Once all cooked prepare your fajitas to your liking.
Lane's Garlic² Butter
Blend Stick of softened butter and 2tsp Lane's Garlic² Seasoning
- Place in Fridge
Recipe Note
(optional) Fiesta is a good finishing seasoning as well. So for extra flavor, you can sprinkle Fiesta on top before eating.
