Cubano Tater Tot Cheeseburger Cups


1 bag tater tots

1 lb ground beef 

1 cup cheddar cheese 

1 jar pickles 

1 onion, diced

1 clove garlic, minced

Lane's Cubano Rub


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. 

In a greased muffin tin, place 4-5 tater tots in each cup and press down with a spoon. Bake the cups for 25 minutes. 

In a skillet, cook down the onions and garlic. Season the meat with Cubano and add to the skillet. Cook until browned. Remove the meat from the pan and drain the meat on a paper towel. 

Spoon the meat into the tater cups and sprinkle the top with cheese. Bake for 10 minutes. 

Top with pickles and enjoy!
