Fresh corn is sliced into rib-like strips and generously dusted with our Applewood Seasoning for a warm, smoky-sweet kick. Each piece is then roasted until the edges curl and caramelize, before being brushed with our Kinda Sweet Sauce for a glossy, sticky finish.
Served alongside a creamy-tangy dipping sauce—a perfect blend of Sorta White and Kinda Sweet—these corn ribs deliver layers of flavor: smoky, sweet, and irresistible flavor. The ultimate BBQ side or shareable snack!

Kinda Sweet Sauce

Parsley

2 Teaspoons Cayenne Powder

1 Tablespoon Kinda Sweet
Directions
Corn Ribs
Set your smoker to 300 degrees.
Boil corn cobs for 10 minutes to make them easier to cut. Let them cool for a few minutes after the time is up.
Cut the cobs into quarters and set aside.
Combine Olive Oil with the Applewood seasoning and brush the mixture onto the kernels .
Put “ribs” on the smoker for between 30-45 minutes (or until they start to curl)
Once the ribs start to curl, drizzle Kinda Sweet Sauce over kernels and let the sauce get tacky.
Take off of smoker, top with crumbled bacon and parley. Enjoy!!
Dipping Sauce
Combine Sorta White Sauce, Kinda Sweet Sauce, Applewood Seasoning and Cayenne in a bowl and mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
