All Purpose flour
Directions
Flay your chicken breast into two pieces and pound with a meat mallet until its about ½ inch thick.
Season both sides with SPG and Garlic2 and then get a lite layer of all purpose flour, not a lot just a light dusting.
Heat about 4 ounces of olive oil in a large skillet on the grill. Add chicken filets and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add butter and let it melt, then flip the chicken over for another 2-3 to get browned.
Add chopped onions (about half a small onion), chopped garlic, and sliced mushrooms to pan with chicken.
Add a half of cup of Marsala wine and about ¼ cup of Sherry wine, let everything simmer for about 5-7 mins to allow chicken to cook thoroughly and the sauce to thicken
Cook Fettuccine noodles
Serve chicken over noodles, with spooned portions of mushrooms and marsala sauce over top.
