Directions
Make golf ball sized ground beef balls shaped into a cylinder. Season with Lane's Brancho Rub
Add desired ingredients to your skewers. We used Grape Tomatoes, Onion, pickle sliced an inch, a jalapeño slice, and the ground beef cylinder.
If using a smoker - smoke at 250 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes - Then grill hot 1 minute per side(4 sides) until desired doneness.
Grill/stove top - Grill hot 1 - 2 minutes per side(4 sides) to desired doneness.
Internal temp around 160
Remove and add to a romaine leaf pour over warm Velveeta Cheese Sauce and enjoy.
