Smoked Bloomin Spam

For all those Spam lovers out there - this recipe is for you. Sweet and Spicy Bloomin Spam pull-aparts! There literally is nothing easier to create. Slice up the spam, season, and smoke thats it. Tear each individual piece and dunk in your favorite barbecue sauce.
Remove spam from container and place on cutting board. Place 2 skewers on each side of spam and slice down to the skewers in 1 inch sections. (Be careful removing the knife. The spam will want to stick to it)
Turn spam 90 degrees and slice down to the skewers again in 1 inch sections creating squares.
Carefully holding the spam in hand (so that you get access to the inside where you cut) Season all sides and inside cuts with Spellbound Hot rub.
**Smoker - Place on smoker at 250 for 1 ½ to 2hrs - We use Cherry or Apple wood
**Oven - place on baking sheet in oven at 325 for 1 hr
Get your favorite BBQ Sauce for dunking and enjoy.
