Shrimp Cocktails are awesome appetizers and a great all around dish for parties. Kick it up a notch and impress your friends with these Bloody Mary Shrimp Cocktails. They are delicious and super easy to make. Just remember we are BBQ people so we had to put our Lane's touch on these as well.

Ingredients
2 lbs Large Shrimp (cooked and peeled)
½ Cups Red Onion (finely chopped)
1 Celery Stalk (finely Chopped)
1 Tomato diced
¼ Cups Chopped Cilantro
2 whole limes juiced or ¼ Cup Lime Juice
1 Jalapeno finely diced
¼ Cup Ketchup
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Cups Clamato Juice (tomato Juice)
-
Bloody Mary Seasoning (to taste)
-
One-Legged Chicken Buffalo Sauce (to taste)
Directions
coarsely chop 1/2-1lb of shrimp
In a large bowl ,add your chopped Shrimp, Red Onion, Celery, Cilantro (save some to garnish), Lime Juice, Ketchup, Worcestershire Sauce, tomato, jalapeno, One Legged Chicken( to your desired spice level), Bloody Mary seasoning (2tbsp). Stir.
In the same bowl, add your Clam-Tomato Juice and stir. Refrigerator for two hours.
Serve
In a cocktail class, fill with the chilled mixture and rim with whole chilled shrimp. (You should've had some leftover from earlier.) Then dust with Bloody Mary Seasoning. Serve with crackers of your choice.
Recipe Note
- You can use regular tomato juice if you'd like or vegetable juice(V8)
- Instead of Tabasco we used One Legged Chicken to spice things up
- Dust with Bloody Mary seasoning while making and before you serve
